Today there is a live stream from the fitness studio 37 ° Celsius Rosenheim. In the course we do KIBO kickboxing aerobics. We start with a casual warm-up. Then some technique improvement. Afterwards there is an intensive choreography and several HIIT exercises. Finally, strengthen your buttocks. Since we are streaming through the gym, the course is only in GERMAN today. Let's have fun :-)

Lara Mauermeier and Daniel Gärtner combine ballet with athletic moves such as skippings, plyojumps and interval training in this fitness concept. An intense full-body workout for endurance, strength and coordination. The workout lasts 50 minutes and consists of the following parts.
This way we can improve our strength endurance as well as strengthen our deep muscles and thereby improve our posture. 
To top it all off, the cardio drills will make us sweat. This full body workout is ideal for home because you don't need any equipment. 
In addition, Myself proves that you need absolutely no experience in ballet to do this workout.
