We start with a casual warm-up. Then some technique improvement. Afterwards there is an intensive choreography and several HIIT exercises. Finally, strengthen your buttocks. Since we are streaming through the gym, the course is only in GERMAN today. Let's have fun :-)

In this workout we do 20 minute core exercises together. we focus on the straight abdominal muscles, the lateral core muscles and the back muscles. Do not wait. Here we go. You don't need any devices. all exercises are done with your own body weight.
The language is German but you can follow anyway.

Core Workout - 20 min Abs and Back Exercises

Lara Mauermeier and Daniel Gärtner combine Ballet with Athletic moves and Kickboxing techniques. The workout lasts 45 minutes and consists of the following parts.

In the first part they do a short ballet and kickboxing-athletic combo. 
The second part comes up with an insane core HIIT-Pyramid. You will cry after that session.
And the final part combines the combos together and finishes with a cardio-strength-drill.
This way we can improve our strength endurance as well as strengthen our deep muscles and thereby improve our posture. 
To top it all off, the cardio drills will make us sweat. This full body workout is ideal for home because you don't need any equipment. 
In addition, Myself proves that you need absolutely no experience in ballet to do this workout.

This is a 35 minute high intensity HIIT killer workout. We have 20 different exercises for you. Always a strengthening and then a kickboxing combination. For this full body workout, you need weights such as some dumbbells or just two water bottles, a chair or step and a bar or barbell.

In this workout we do a short but intense athletic-cardio choreography at the beginning. Jumping jacks, shuffle steps and lunges are part of it.
